I bought the three main panels off a bootsale just after we moved in to our house. They're about the right era, and just looked like they'd be about the right size to fill in strange gap the previous owners had left above the double doorway between the dining room and the conservatory. When we came to do the room I built a door frame to incorporate a set of folding doors and these stained glass panels. I repaired the panel on the left using lead from a pipe we found under the bathroom floor, replacing one of the sections. I made the two thin panels using plain glass and glass paint.
