I did this conversion about 10 years ago. The bridge pickup was off a cheap 80's Korean electric, and happened to be unusually thin, so I carved a hardwood cover for it which I then lacquered and polished. The soundhole pickup was another I had knocking around, and is a blade-type humbucker. The switches you can see out of focus at the top alter the humbucker sound, switching the coils from parallel to series, in-phase to out-of-phase and so on. Aside from some crap contacts inside that cheap Maplin rotary switch, it actually works quite well, and doesn't sound bad either.
